Jason Largever came to InterNet Properties with over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. Previously, Jason was Vice President at Rudin Management, one of the largest privately held real estate companies in New York City. Jason was Vice President for the Watershed redevelopment project “New York Information Technology Center @ 55 Broad Street” which led the real estate industry on the path to technology integration by bundling tenant services with adaptive re-use of existing buildings. 55 Broad Street was the first commercial building to be marketed via the Internet, which has become the norm today. While there, Jason worked with international, national and local clients.
Jason then furthered his experience, working at Marcus and Millicap, the largest real estate investment firm in the country. While there, he earned the prestigious “Pace Setter Award” for excellence in business development.
Jason wanted to switch gears and be a part of a more focused firm, well known for their active and well respected brokers which led him to InterNet Properties.
Currently, Jason specializes in property leases and investments. He brings a solid analytical base, critical thinking and superior market knowledge to aid new and existing clients in meeting their leasing and investment goals. Jason always strives to help present and new clients realize stronger returns through solid leasing negotiations and investment goal analysis.
