Prior to joining the InterNet Properties team in 2004, Jake successfully managed an outdoor retail store. There he was able to combine a love for the outdoors with his keen sense of business and commitment to customer service. Jake’s broad range of expertise combined with his ability to meet new contacts and hone in on networking helped ensure his smooth transition into the commercial real estate industry.

Jake specializes in the Salt Lake City industrial market handling acquisitions, dispositions, tenant representation, landlord representation and subleasing. He has worked with various companies including US Bank, Clear Channel, Reagan Outdoor Advertising, Fleetwas (GE owned company) and several others. Jake enjoys all aspects of the commercial real estate business and is always willing to work hard and be there for his clients every step of the way.
