Built in the 1920’s, this building was home to the United Electric Supply Company who used it as retail and warehouse space. In the early 2000’s, the then vacant and dilapidated building went through an adaptive reuse being converted into modern and creative office space with exposed brick, open ceilings, and hardwood floors while preserving its historic character. This building added a new chapter when the Odyssey House leased the space in 2023.
The building serves as headquarters for Odyssey House, which was established in 1971 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and has grown to become Utah’s largest addiction treatment program. With a mission of “empowering people to heal and build better lives,” the organization continues the building’s legacy of serving the Salt Lake City community.
InterNet Properties represented the owner in the lease transaction and now provides property management services for the building.
