Costco brought supersized retail innovation to Salt Lake City when it expanded in 2015. The warehouse transformed from a standard 165,000 square foot store into a record-breaking 235,000 square foot destination that became the world’s largest Costco.

The expansion pioneered the first-ever hybrid concept, combining a traditional consumer warehouse with a business center to serve both individual shoppers and commercial customers.

InterNet Properties represented Costco in this groundbreaking project. Today, the 300 West Costco is celebrated for its massive scale and innovative design, featuring specialized sections and a layout so expansive that customers need maps to navigate, establishing Salt Lake City as home to the world’s largest warehouse store.
