Rob graduated from the University of Utah in 1983. Upon graduation he entered active duty and proudly served 6 years as an Officer in the U.S. Army.  He was honorably discharged in 1989 and returned to Salt Lake to join the family clothing business.

From 1989 through 2008, Rob served as President of Dahle Management Corporation (dba Dahle’s Big & Tall). Rob managed the opening, closing and relocation of over 40 stores. From 1990 through 2008, Dahle’s operated as many as 42 locations in 12 states.  After 50 years in business, Rob, along with brother Allan, made the decision to sell the business.

The Dahle family’s roots are in downtown Salt Lake City. The original shoe store, opened in 1968, was located in the David Keith Building at 248 South Main. They still own and manage this property.

Rob’s experience as a business owner, property owner, and tenant offer a unique perspective to potential clients. He understands firsthand the impact that real estate decisions have on an individual or business. Rob is well suited to guide prospective clients through this critical process.

Rob served on the Board of Big & Tall Associates, an association of 90 + national and international privately owned retailers for 12 years; 6 as President. He was a member of the Downtown Retail Merchants Association and currently serves on the Cottonwood Country Club Board of Directors.
